ooooook.... so finally got spark on my RB25. and now im having issues with my Fuel system. I have a Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump, with a Megan Racing Fuel Pressure Regulator. And this is all in a S13 240sx.

I have been having this issue for quite some bit and to try and troubleshoot it ive done the follow...

-sprayed starter fluid into the intake to make sure i have spark and it was a fuel issue (started right up no problem when i sprayed in the fluid)
-moved the fuel pumps ground point from the the rusty fuel pump cover to bare-metal part of the chasis.
-pumped air through the fuel lines to get all the gunk out (cars been sitting for a while) and there was nasty black stuff in there...
-tested the fuel pump with a small battery to make sure it works... and it does.
-replaced the fuel filter for a brand new one.
-replaced the fuel pump fuse
-quadruple checked the fuel pump connects from the rb25 ecu to the s13 wire.

and im getting nothing. what im thinking it is, is something with the fuel pump? because i can NOT hear it prime when i turn the key to ON.

any help is appreciated! :)

It's probably the pump. When I turn the key on mine, it's LOUD.

ok so i replaced the fuel pump relay and even redid the wire connections...still not working.... -_- running out of ideas.

im looking at the the S13 wiring diagram online, and i see the wire goes from the ECU to the relay. from the relay it goes to the fuse and another wire goes to S.M.J. Box (I1) and than to the Fuel Pump... is there any thing im missing? are there fuses at the Super Multiple Junction Box?

Is this a series 1 or 2 and did you have it running prior to this?

its a series 2. and i didnt have it running before, but i had it cranking and was able to hear the fuel pump.... i tried everything to get that fuel pump, was never able to hear it prime. but now i have a wire running directly from a switched 12v wire directly to the fuel pump and it works now... so i dont know what the problem is or how safe it is to run a wire right from a switched 12v to the fuel pump..

You had a previous thread that stated that your injectors were not clicking when you turned the cas. Are you still experiencing this?

I'm unclear about your previous post. You hardwired the fuel pump and now your car is starting, or you can hear the pump now but the car still isn't starting?

Do you have power at your fuel injectors?
