Problem with Climate Control

Installed sub-amp through level converters at the bose amp. You can no longer control the climate control system. Any help?

i did the same thing (took out bose amp, put in jl audio clean sweep, 2 amps..one for subs, one for interior speakers)..had no prob with climate control.if you disconnect level converters does climate control work? (and whats the problem your having?)
