Problem with car after after new engine harness ~NEED HELP ASAP~

One of our customers came to our shop about a month ago. It is a 1991 240SX with a sr20DET swap. his car IS HACKED! liked hacked to no return! the car would only run right if the ECU was in a certain position on the floor. the harness around the ECU looked like a rat nest! he decided to go with a new engine management (AEM EMS).

Long story short... we ordered a new engine harness for it from nissan pretty much from the ECU all the way around the motor. we had to extended the wires for the MAF Sensor and another sensor near it. after we were done with that we tried starting it. No luck. checked all the fuses, relays and NOTHING! this thing. we dont want to put the EMS on there because were afraid that it might be a wire or something shorting out and we dont want to fry a $2000 ECU.

Also there is no fuel or spark coming to the engine. Maybe the main relay? i been trying to get a hold of one but no luck finding one. If sumone could help me/us please do we would really appreciate it!
