finally got this sentra started, while it was running i look at the BOV and is blowing air out from it(i know is suppose to, but not like this). i take a closer look the piston just stays up and dont come back down(is a stock bluebird BOV). i try to rev it (about 3k-4k RPM) and see if it come down but is just still up there. i "T" the vaccum line from the FPR. let me know how to fix this problem ^^

You T the line from the FPR? What are you referring to? T the line to where?

The BOV should have a line from the wastegate actuator, one from the intake mani, and a recirc line to the intake after the MAF.

Could you post a pic (or a few) of how you have it connected? If it's blowing air it's because there's enough pressure to trip the valve. Something has to be connected wrong, and it sounds like you have your BOV signal hose coming off the FPR or something else high pressure instead of the wastegate actuator.

Sorry, I mis-worded that.

Yes, there is a line from the BOV to the WG actuator. It's not for BOV signal, my brain temporarily imploded when I typed that, but anyway, use the pic below as a guideline.

That said, the top bung there runs to the back of the intake mani just after the TB. There should have been a line on your stock intake that went to the same spot. Having that line T off the FPR is probably what's causing the BOV to stay open all the time.
