this week-end I was trying to put my 370cc injectors and the cover over the injector was not sitting on the fuel rail as usual, like the old ones. I was wondering if it happen to someone else or someone can help me on this one. thanks

did you give it a good amount of force with proper lubrication , no seriously they dont pop in too easy maybe that was the problem.

you might want to becareful when doing something like this.

the screws that hodl those injector caps down only require slightly more than 1 ftlbs of torque. i only finger tighten the screws now. very lightly turning the screw driver with a loose grip til my fingers slide off.

i used to tighten them all the way down nd had problems for a week of tearing up the lower o-rings.

tighten them gently and start the car. if fuel leaks tighten them more. if fuel doesnt leak take it for a WOT ride check for leaks and tighten if necessary
