Im pretty sure the headlight fuse blew for the low beam because i had the same problem. I wired mine to the fuse box so when my headlights or low beams turn on so do the fogs. Run one of the power lines to the right headlight fuse and the other to the left one. But make sure you upgrade the fuse to a greater number if not the fuse will keep on frying.

No both of the because i was running a small number fuse. Run the wires to the fuse box. One of the foglight power wires to one of the headlights fuse and the other power foglight wire to the other headlight fuse. But upgrade both of them to a 20 so the fuses wont fry. Nothing happens to your relay when u burn a fuse.
