Problem w/ Dome Light?

Ok, idk if you guys remember, but like last month my passenger side map light stopped working. it wasn't a fuse. dealership said the circuit had no power going to it so they replaced the WHOLE THING. well last night, i was getting out of my car, and as i turned it off, i have the lights so they come on when doors open, i hear this winding noise and the passenger side light isnt turning on. but the drivers is on. Do you guys think that the whole assembly broke again? or what could this be?

my dome light and passenger map light were doing some weird stuff one night last week too.. when they were in the "on" position, the LED would just be really dim. i flicked them on and off a few times and they worked normally again. i just assumed it had something to do with the LED bulb, and not the car at all.

i don't know if my problem is related to yours at all, but i thought it was interesting that it's just the passenger side map light for both of us

mine has like NO light coming from it. idk why it would even blow, this is crazy, specially twice within a couple months...

nothing out of the ordinary. ive had blue leds for like ever, i always keep switch in OFF position unless its night time.
