Hello,

I was curious I know that its almost time for my brakes to be changed, since I took the wheel off and checked them. Yet

Have you ever seen the Brake Light highlight on the dash, due to this??

I was worried maybe it was something else??? Any help please

if you have the brake light on, check that your E-Brake is not engaged.

it is possible you accidently pressed down on it a little bit while getting in/out of your car

The brake light will also come on if the brake fluid is low. FYI

Same thing happened to me. In my case, the light would blink on while I was gunnin' it or riding high RPMS. It's probably not your brakes though..just your fluid level. Every shop I've ever taken my car into has mentioned that the 4th gen altimas have a tendancy to run low on brake fluid. No biggie.
