Problem w/ Apex N1

Theres a bolt under the car that hits the section of the pipe right before the resonator. Makes clunking noise everytime it hits it. Its tolerable, but one of those things i wish it wuzn't there. Sounds bad when u start up the car...then it'll hit it when i hit bumps. Just wondering if anyone else have this problem also. mines a N1 single 3inch by the way.... the picture is in this thread....http://www.nissaninfiniticlub....19382

wat is the bolt to? if it isnt very important u could always shave it a little bit, or wrap it like a mummy with rubber bands, or a small piece of rubber....
