my rb20 is finally running in my s13, but the only problem is it doesnt "move" even at 10 psi boost. there are boost leaks because it holds 10 psi. i'm not sure what is going on can someone help out.

First suggestion would be a title with some useful topic.

Second, what problems are you having. Doesn't "move" is not nearly descriptive enough to get help from anyone.

Have you checked the timing? Is the fuel system correct? Is it cutting revs? More specific info gets better suggestions.
