could be wrong ECU, bad MAF, boost/vacuum leak, crappy wiring ANYWHERE, severly incorrect ignition timing, clogged up fuel system, and a TON of other things. almost anything in the swap could be at fault. take your time, go slowly, and be thorough. don't drive it all over and end up f'ing up your motor from running super rich or lean or whatever. also get a friend to help because you may be at this for a LONG time. i was fixing things on my swap for about 6 months before i finally got everything right, and overall i'm very pleased with how it turned out.
