Problem starting 1995 240sx

I have a 1995 nissan 240sx. 99 percent of the time, i turn the key, the car starts perfect The other 1 percent of the time i go to turn the key and it just rolls over and over and over. Then eventually starts. I replaced my starter and battery about 6 monthes ago because i had problems with them, then this happens out of no where. I have tried new wires, spark plugs. Everything looks fine, i cant find anything wrong. I was told maybe a pcv valve? Maybe fuel pump is going, and im not getting any fuel, when it rolls over? Im gonna do pcv valve this weekend. Hopefully that helps. Any and all suggestions are welcomed, and appreciated. Thanks

i was hoping that wasn't it, but if i replace now, then i wont have to when i get swap i guess. Thank you

just get a 300zx fuel pump from the salvage yard.

I doubt it is the PCV valve unless there's something really wrong with your engine. The PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve just removes contaminant gas from the crankcase. It opens and closes using engine vacuum and if it was malfunctioning, it would pretty much create some idling problems and in the long run, cause rare severe problems.

thank for the input, which is better fuel pump, walbo 255, or 300zx. I might go with the walbro just because its new, and thats what everyone suggests.
