I guess we've found the roots to all these problems now.when i read again 2 180SX TAILLIGHTS S13 BLACK TOP

this shipment is to be shipped to mr.marcus. He wants a motor himself and he'll rebuild himself.

He just called and let me know he receive a s14 instead of a s13. I instantly knew it's the shipping agency.

If you want proof. Go to TORONTO , CANADA or contact mr.marcand see for yourself he got a s14 clip that belongs to mr.alex park.

and mr.alex park got a motor from marc.

We do not give out free taillights for no reasons, these are to be given to marcus as he ordered them.

So at least this is cleared now.

going to contact the shipping agency to pay for the damage they have cause, waste of time , and all these problems.

I guess we'll ask marc to shipped it from canada to alex.we'll wait and hear back from the shipping agency:icesangel

ask marcus for a picture which i ask him a favor to take a picture of the s14 clip with a piece of paper ALEX!and then try to show that the clip is already in CANADA!!

it's in marcus's GARAGE!! A S14 which is suppose to be ALEX!

so now this is resolve , i guess i have to blame the shipping agency but over all it's human error..

we shipped out over 70 - 100 clips a day on single orders not including container so this is the first time a clip got mess up so it's alright. Hopefully it doensn't happen again.

PUT IN YOUR IDEA!

I'm sure both parties would appreciate you not publicising their full names on the internet. There are privacy issues involved here and I'm sure everyone will agree and appreciate a little more professionalism in your dealings here.

I'm not really in a position to be telling you what to do, but I personally would not appreciate anyone publicising my full name without my consent.

they look like full names to me, but 'Park' could be short for Parkson or Parksmithington the XVIII...either way, it's still not necassary to name names here.

I give you a guess it's a unique korean or vietnamese name.so it's cool not a full name just a short one.. more like 3/4 or half of his name so no one will find out.

They are very understand and reasonable , easy to work with customers..

#1 Top 1 "A" class.

Just called them like 10 minutes ago and everything is resolvewill get the motor from canada shipped to him andhis motor will be picked up and shipped back to marcus and get it rebuild..

They all happy about it

i purchased a clip from FO 3 weeks ago. they have yet to send me any pics of it. all they do is say give them a few more days or we sent them already. well guess what, i havent received any emails with them. it seems like pictures could be provided just a few days after purchase. i think FO should do better to keep up with customers orders.

I agree with you, we've got too many orders and i'm the only one taking care of it, myke yeong , sau chan (my former colleague left the job) , only me i have to take care and look back one by one and make sure no problems occur, this is really trouble some..

This is nuts.

"enjoy your day" I like that..... BTW is it you or your suplier that's screwing my freind Ray out of his S14 clip? It's been about 2 3 months now and every day they tell him they shipped it. He's either going to get 90 clips in the mail any day now OR they lied and he's out of his money. I'd like to hear your take on this....

In another post you said this..... but you also claim to ship over 100 clips a day? Your website seems to be primary SR's and a few Honda motors, so if your gettind 3-4 clips in a week and selling 700.... that's a lot of honda clips.

The motors are running very low now,very little day by day...

Even now we have 4 clips and coming another 3 more for this 2 weeks.for the sr20det black or red top.

As you know, i'm not regular on the forum as i'm basically the sales guy on the net replying emails / emails and more emails.

We sell in containers / containers mostly motors like 4E , G-200 , KLFE , 13B , 3 rotor 20B , SR16 , 4AGE , 3SGTE , 1G , 1JZ , diesel motors i doubt you guy knows about these motors ..

If you were to purchase 21 sr20det red top clips .... that would be cheap and affordable for our dealers to make a living..

We sell about 10-15 motors a week -- single ordersNot inclusive of our dealers..

You must understand , this is what we realized,

shipping companies will have to collect one whole load of shipment to (ex : atlanta or chicago )and then shipped it, no way one big ship , shipping 1 motor only. They are going to lose a lot.

Who's RAY ? no customer by the name of it, just ALEX (and a couple others that already receive their motors) for S14, We're out of it now, that's why we're not selling it at the moment.

Let me know if there is any problem.

THIS SHIPPING ACROSS THE WORLD IS GIVING US A HEADACHE , that's why we're shifting our operations to USA/ GEORGIAso it'll be easier to ship motors faster , efficient , and in usa there would be walk-in customers and i'm sure a lot of nico forum members would come and check out with themself.

How soon are you moving to GA? I ordered a VG30DETT front clip from you in Feb. I haven't recieved it yet nor do I know anything about the where abouts of it. If you would please contact me soon... thanks

This is FREAKING US OUT!! once and for all, we'll only sent motors to certain places, unless customer can wait long for it. This is getting insane and insane..

WE're getting our Warehouse starting,and you customer and get them within 7 days, this way no shipping problems. so far we're changing on our way to change a big new management system , Big time changes since our launching on the october 2002. We're still new in this and we would like our beloved customer to forgive us, we promise to all delayed customer they will get super duper good FREE GOODIES , from us for no extra charge , even thou it's a losing business we must make sure all customer are 100% satisfied with everything.

Atlanta- Georgia will be a hit! , a real big hit!
