i just recently put a brand new clutch, pressure plate, and a slave cylinder on. the car drove great for about 150 miles but now when it gets hot it does not seem to have any torque. also my clutch doesnt start to engage until its about 1 inch from the top. the ideas i have received from other people i know is that the master cylinder is out or not adjusted right, the pedal doesn't have the right adjustment, the throwout bearing is out, and the flywheel is broke. but it only has problems when it gets hot. anyone got any ideas or had this expierence happen to them. thanks for any help in advance

Okay, so you obviously lost fluid when you replaced the slave. I am going to assume you tried to bleed the system, and I am also going to assume that you probably did not bleed the anti resonance valve. Follow the clutch hose to where it is clamped down. From there you will find a small bit of hard line, that goes to a square bit attached to the unibody. That is the valve. Now, it will have a bleeder screw on it. Nissan says that you should bleed it first, then the slave. I suggest speed bleeders to make your life easier. If this does not solve your problem, then you could have failing syncros in the trans, or you could have a failed pilot or TO bearing. Regardless, for future reference, ALWAYS: Parts that wear together, get replaced together. I hope that helps.
