Problem releasing pressure on s14

Ive been looking to swap the larger z32 fuel filter into my s14 but cant seem to able to release the pressure. The manual says to do so by disconnectying the fuse for the fuel pump but I cant seem to figure out which fuse it is. I tried the EGI one which I read elsewhere would work, but when I do the car starts perfectly fine and doesnt stall. Any know exactly which fuse it is?

Just turn the key off take the take the gas cap off then pop the line off. The pressure only lasts for a second...watch your eyes.
