Problem pressing out new stock S14 bearings

I took my front hub assy's to a dealership to have the bearing pressed out (new assy's come with S14 bearings installed) and they said even when fixtured it bent the hub pressing it out. They ordered another one for me, but they are worried the same thing will happen again... anyone have any info on this and why it might be happening? They said the resistance was really high and once it started moving it quickly bent...
