Did the problem occur before or after you changed all that stuff?

try replacing the MAFS. Do you have a aftermarket intake? The MAFS is the silverish metal thing coming out of your air filter box or cone filter (if you have an intake).

Another thing. If you rev the engine out of gear, do you still have problems?

No, The problem only happens in fourth and fifth gear around 3500rpms. Before I did the tune up it did it in all the gears and out of gear so it did help out alot. I bought the car just last month. I did not do the rotor and cap I just cleaned it up do you think this might be my problem?

Yes. look at the cap and rotor and tell me if it says, "made in Italy". If it does, throw it away. Regardless, a tune up reqires that you replace all ignition components from the rotor to the spark plug. So change the cap AND rotor and see what happens.

Don't worry, i got you covered if it still doesn't work. The only thing i could see other than those parts being bad is the 4th and overdrive position sensors going bad or disconnected somehow. But we will talk about that later.

check your engine ground, that was broken on my car and screwed all sorts of stuff up. also, try cleaning the throttle body or running some seafoam through it.
