problem on accelerating

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Yesterday right after I started my car I felt there was something wrong. The engine light is on. Also when I step on the paddle the car was like the fuel does not get into engine (the gas was like cut-off and does not move smoothly) I couldn't step on the gas paddle all the way like normal driving. My car is not even 1 month old....i was very disapointted and drove my car to the dealer's service right way. Until today they have no idea what's going on and never called me back. Does anyone have the same problem before? Is this problem caused from fuel pump?

Nobody (including myself), who's had the "known" fuel pump issue has reported any symptom other than noise, so I doubt yours is the same problem. That doesn't mean your fuel pump didn't fail in some other way, causing this ... it might have ... I'm just saying, No, it's not the same issue others have dealt with.

Welcome to our group and I hope you get this resolved soon.

Please drop back to update us on the outcome.

Cheers,David
