1991 Nissan 240SX SE Fastback 2.4L 5-Speed

I was reading through a bunch of different search results and found that the black wire into the fuel pump is the power line. So I Jammed my good old multimeter + into the sucker and held the other to a clean bolt while my brother turned the ignition to accessory.

Results were 12V dead on.

I'm guessing this means the fuel pump relay is working and 12V = good fuse.

Now all this being said, I have just swapped out my 91 engine (blown) for a 92 (both KA24DE) and my pump was working perfectly fine before the swap, that's how I got home even after I spun a bearing.

Has my pump gone bad or is there something that I'm missing?

Edit: Posted in wrong forum, sorry.
