problem need help

ok when im driving sometimes the car will just die and when i press the gas more it ussualy will kick back in and once in a while it will cut out when im accelerating any ideas

a few things that i would check:1. if your bov is atmospheric you could be losing metered air and your mixture would be f-ed up.2. check good for a boost leak.3. check your tps for correct voltage and resistance.

i had this problem and thought it was the bov forever and come to find out it was my stupid tps

you stated your own problem, the bov is most likely the culprit.what kind of bov is it?

its a stock bov that i cruched so it gold pressure also it always wants to idle at a differant point and if you rev it up it comes down fast to about 2500 then slowly goes down the rest of the way
