well at first everything ran fine until i noticed that car refused to go anywhere above 2500 rpms for like two seconds and then everything was fine so I continued on for about 5 minutes or so and then it refused to go above 2500 rpms so had to pull over to a parking lot on the freeway At first I thought my transmission was done for but realized it was still going fine so I checked under the hood and saw one of the hoses that connected to the air intake came loose, the one that connects to some black box on the driver's side so I plugged it back in for the time being to get it able to drive home but still had the same problem so waited about 30 minutes and I tried again but to my surprise everything was fine again. The question is: was the problem really the hose and the reason i had to wait after putting back on the hose was because of waiting for the ECU to realize the hose was put back on or is there some other problem? This is my daily driver for college so anywhere would be really appreciated. thanks
