The Hispanics in Kansas must be better parents then elsewhere. It's usually the white/black kids acting like brats here, and the Hispanic kids are very well behaved. Weird.

I personally want to know how in the **** you can get strangled, let alone die, from a set of blinds. I think its the stupid kids that wrap the cords around there necks

I think if your kid has the ability (god knows how) to strangle himself in the blinds, you should probably have him or her on one of these:


Then again they could probably manage to strangle themselves with that.
