PROBLEM: IDLES BUT WONT ACCELERATE

My versa at 107000 miles started losing power at times. P2101 code came up, "throttle control actuator".I removed my intake manifold to change plugs then unplugged my throttle body and removed to clean .I reassembled, now car just idles and wont accelerate. Do I have to go through relearn for cars computer after unplugging ? If so, what is the procedure for this? thanks

Welcome.
Make sure your throttle body is securely connected, then take a look here starting on EC-77:
