its a problem that i have had since i first bought my Z. Its kinda weird. I notice this subtle squeeling noise coming from under the hood everytime i use an electrical instrument. For example if i hold my finger down on the power window button it will make the noise and as soon as i take my finger off the button the noise will go away.

It makes the same noise when the headlights are on.It does NOT make any noise when the car is off and i do the same tasks listed above.

It seems to me like a problem with my alternator. maybe a belt loose

By the way is the alternator tuff to get 2? I understand its under the car?

It could be the altenator belt. When you get under the car, you will have to take the dust shield off and then you will see the altenator, it is on the passenger side front part of the engine. Push the belt and see if it is tight enough. The belt should only deflect 0.28-0.31" to be exact.
