Hi, I have a 95 240SX SE, the motor has been swapped with a 1UZFE V8. It come out of a 96 Lexus LS400. It has the Whole fuel system replaced. And here recently the coils. I am having issues with the alarm and it starting. It started giving me problems with starting a couple months ago, just every one and a while. It would start fine but then i would turn the key and nothing happen. I can here the relay clicking under the dash. From there it just got worse. I come outside one evening to start to unlock it and the alarm would not turn off, i had replaced the battery in the remote but it didnt help. I unlocked it with the key but now the alarm goes off every time i open the door or unlock the door. Now it wont start and has been sitting for a month now. A few times i took the relay to the alarm out and it started, but then it quit. Some days I have come outside and open the door and it would start over and over no problem. But then a hour to a day later it would not do anything. I have tried unhooking the battery it does not help. I don't have the money to have it looked at due to being laid off. Nor do I know anyone with a 240 or knows what they are doing. There is a shop called Edge Automotive here in Knoxville but are extremely expensive. I cant get a hold of the guy that built it for me so now I am left with the problem. The fuel system has been upgraded, it has ran fine with not a single problem until it started not starting. It done that 4 to 7 times in two weeks before the alarm started acting up. Any help would be great along with anyone that lives around here in the area. I have took the relay out, the fuse, reset the computer, made sure all the wires are hooked up right. I dont know if this has anything to do with the alarm and all but sometimes its very easy to turn the key, then sometimes there is a little pressure to turning the key. But thanks for the help if anyone knows what it might be.
