I cant see the marks on the belt any more, so i am not sure how to align the marks on both the camshaft and the crankshaft at the same time? Can i just remark both the pully on the shaft and the belt on both ends and remove? Placing number 1 cylinder in tdc first then marking?

You don't need the marks on the timing belt, but you must make sure the cam sprockets and crank sprocket line up correctly.

check the timing is ok by turning the motor over by hand before cranking it.
