After installing the coilovers, everytime i hit a bump it would bounce up and down

well that is what suspension does...but if you mean that it is really bad the absorbers might be blown, but if you mean its ruff then get use to it. coilovers are for performance driving and not crusing smoothness.

problem fix, it was my preload settings
