Problem after driving..

I just got a new distributor, and that fixed my idol problem and the bogging, but now after driving for a while, when i park it and come back to start it up about 40 minutes later when i try and start it my motor goes limp and i cant give it gas or shuts down, also when i release the clutch it dies.. the motor shakes violently..

I honestly dont have any idea what the problem is
