1) at what point should you, or need to upgrade injectors

2)where is a good place for ka24de parts, i seem to be finding "sr only" kind of places

3)at what point does the valve train need to be upgraded also.....

and what is a safe amount of boost and/or power to use/make with the stock lower end (shortblock basically)

some of this stuff you can find by searching

injectors, the stock KADE's are 270cc. depending on turbo size, I would upgrade pretty quick after a few psi of boost, or after you break 200hp. sr injectors are 370cc and will fit right in.

the valve train should be fine..

the bottom end blowing depends on your tuning, with good tuning it should/could last to around 350rwhp. with crappy tuning Im sure you could blow it at 200 or 250rwhp.
