Probably a stupid Q, but would these fit in my 240?

My friend in trini has them on his 300zx (I can't remember what it was, but I think its a 300zx tt). Anyways, from the pic, they look like they are only for RHD cars. My friend was going to sell them to me for like $10 , and my mats are all torn up & have stains. I was going to by these but I want to make sure they would fit on a LHD.
