prob. removing lower control arm

i'm having a problem removing the lower arm. its not the end by the knuckle, its the inside end. i got the nut off the bolt but the bolt is stuck in the bushing and it just turns when you use a wrench. it looks like i just need to hit it out with a hammer, but i cant fit a hammer in there cuz the tie rod is in the way. could someone please help me, anything will help.
