How come there is no private messaging? OR is there and im just really dumb....

There is no Private Messaging on the NICO Forums.

You can contact other forum members via e-mail provided they did not 'hide' thier e-mail address. To hide/unhide your e-mail addy, go User Profle (top of page under the NICO logo) / User Options.
