Lets see, in this order, I would do:
-Guides (duh duh)-Water pump-fluids (oil, coolant, rear diff, transmission, etc). Change the transmission filter while your at it.-Plenum (do injectors at the same time).. Btw you need to use my hose list for the underplenum job, Joes "kit" only includes about half of what you need (only PCV hoses, no air or water hoses)- suspension
Then you can do the rest of the nonessential stuff, like brake fluid flush, fuel rail flush (not necessary if your replacing all injectores), etc.....
However I have a few notes... Theres no need to have ALL the injectors replaced unless your a perfectionist. If they all ohm good and are quiet, then that seems like a monotonous cost, IMHO......
Ill try and give you the best labor quotes I can give (ill give you hourage as best I can)
- Guides- $1000 at T3- water pump- 3 hours (it only took me about an hour or so to do the Tstat, great time to do a coolant flush at the same time)- plenum- can vary depending on what happens, as I learned for an experienced tech or someone whos done it before its not so much getting the plenum off as its maneuvering around under there. Id say $2000 worst case everything (edited), assuming everything is replaced.....- spark plugs is about 3-4 hours labor- Suspension- Cost me $1200 to do everything you mentioned except for the rack rebuild...- All your "tuneup" items are easy things.....- Maintenance- Rail flush is about $100, brake fluid flush is a DIY item with a hand bleeder, PS flush is a DIY item (cost of ATF), rear diff fluid is DIY if you have a pump ($10 for fluid)
transmission mounts and motor mounts are bigger ticket items, the engine has to lifted to replace the mounts.....
