Hello,
I'll say it: I copied SCC and painted my coupe flat black. However, I don't care for the look because no matter what, if you use the rattle can, it's going to look uneven. The new plan is to rent REAL auto paint equipment and spray the car with a pressurized gun. I figure four coats of flat black primer, four coats of flat black base and four coats of doped clear coat should make it look nice.
Has anyone else noticed how quickly small chips start to rust on primered cars? I have to completely re-sand before I do the paint again!!!
