Why would you change rotors if only keeping one year? I feel somebody not being realistic with himself. But then I heard that "I'm getting rid of the car quick' so much when I was in parts I began to suspect everyone that said it because commonly it was NOT true, they just fool themselves. If really doing it I'd be cutting rotors unless they are under spec to do so, liable to save some cash there. And why again ceramics if not wanting to spend more?? More money gone next year. And, more, unless fooling self again why BOTH sets of wheels since commonly the fronts and rears wear at very different rates? I saw lots of people do that and waste plenty doing it. One set may not need any work at all in that year.
Only the OP knows, but food for thought. I get a person at war with himself out of that, but then most of them usually are.
FYI all, the difference in expensive rotors and ones not is that the cheap ones are often under spec in under 3 months of use, they only make them maybe .010" over MINIMUM spec, while the more expensive ones will be like .080"-.100" over spec to allow at least one good cut before they go under spec. Measure them out of the box..............
