The guy Tig welding isnt in as much danger for getting any burns as he would be if he was mig or stick welding, Tig puts out the lowest amount of heat/uv, its a much more concentrated heat. Your fab guy is hotsauce brotha.

the owner wanted the cage to look like the aston martin race car cage.

i've seen it in person, not too bad. its gonna have tilton pedals, extended steering, seat to the floor, the whole 9.

Still got it, waiting on the turbo to be rebuilt, and rebuilding the rear, Broke about 6 teeth off the ring gear, and 3 off the pinion, kinda wild. But it will be back out next season, I gotta stomp off some of them tires I got. Cha no.

Although I have been threatened by a certain member that if I do go to a clubloose event, I'm gonna get a punch in the face or I'll be eating through a straw or something like that...I aint worried, and I will be out at e-town this year, havent been on the road course yet and its killing me.

I know Steve should be making some big HP numbers with that turbo I sold him though.

thats cool. yeh the season should be stacked with events.

yeh steve is definately gonna put it to good use.

well seasons pretty much here. my car is almost ready. its at lm gettin work done then a tuneee. still need more stuff to do.

but aside that, ive got something newww haha. i picked up a coupe and just started to work on it. basically traded 2 racing seats for it haha. just wanna get er done an drive around it and do dumb shiet. then possibly sell it. newho here are pics and then some.

Finally got to drive an event with my new car. first time out after the dyno. car is set at 9 psi so around 270-280hp with like 250tq.car felt totally new to me since i never drove with a real cage and all this stuff. at first it felt weird and way to stiff. also had to get use to the lower rpm of a ka. later within the day i messed with the dampening and loosened the car a lil. then set it to where i felt comfortable. car felt pretty flicky and i started getting use to it. soon i realized i had shiet response in third gear. and this one track neeeded it. so through the first couple turns i had to feather second and clutch it in third. all in all fun day, just need to work on it for the next event.

first time on the jefferson circuit. fun track. wish i could of got more runs on it.

barely any smoke ftl. i had to feather second to get around the track and could only get third on the straight. kinda think i should just tried third the whole way. oh well.

needs more smoke..and i want more angle

felt good to drive again. just sick of working on this car haha

got to drive on the road course for the first time. after the first run i was pretty hooked. the track was a ton of fun.

first half of the day went awesome, felt it out and tried to adjust to it. my ebrake wasnt working like it should. car got wayyyy to hott. but thats not the worse of it. right before qualifying my car starts to act up. at first i thought it was gas but no idea now. turned out couldnt qualify and packed up to go home.

still had a ton of fun and lookin foward to ecb.

how we do events haha

i eat to much cheesecake

i feel like a burnt mexican after that day. need to fix more shiet like always. but im gonna stay away from the sun for a day lol.

well, i guess this is a good thing. got a new car to drive. got in lucky with the owners and the car was basically sitting. figured why not haha. kinda sad in the inside. cuz i love my s13, just sick of all the problems with it. so while im driving this, ill get my s13 the way i want it n bring it out whenever.
