Alright so I'm buying a rear bumper and I need to arrange the shipment, but I don't know where to start looking.

Approximately how much should it cost to ship a rear bumper about 40-50lbs from FL to OH?

Also, who should I call to do the job that will be the cheapest?

Will I get a discount for being a student? I heard that from somewhere that it's cheaper for students. I don't know if it's true or not.
