Do many of you think that $3,200 is a little high for a 1991 240 coupe with 150k miles?

IMHO, I would say it depends on a couple of things.......condition of the car..........5spd or auto, where you live.........and if the seller is a reputable seller....... I think we need some more details to make a better and more accurate decision........

unless some serious stuff has been done to it and its in perfect shape, its probably worth more like $2500-3000... but it doesn't sound incredibly overpriced, just about $400... at least to me.

That's a lot. If it has low mileage and is in very good condition it may be worth it. If it is in so-so condition like it sounds to be, then its worth $5500-6000 (this is all in my opinion, its worth whatever you're willing to pay for it)

blue books way too low for what they're going for in my area. People jack up the price on manuals by $1000+

patience....Prepare for the long haul if you want this car, I've had one sold out from under me twice in the last week. They are hard to find, and if you do find one, there will be a half dozen other people checking out the car too. Just the way it goes... or maybe I have horrible luck. Either way, it sucks, but it'll be worth it in the end!

In perfect condition that's not too bad. maybe a little over priced, but some people set a price expecting to be talked down a little. You could prolly do better, but you could also do worse. My '90 fastback 5speed 122k was $1500. no rust but needs some fenderbenders straightened out.

with that high mileage yeah, but like someone said earlier, people usauly set a price b/c they know they will probly be talked down so the buyer feels like theyre getting a good deal
