I just left the dealer and haven't decided on whether on not to buy the M35. I'm looking at a M35 sport with tech and journ package. The dealer and I settled on $47000. The MSRP for the car is $51,329. Is this a fair price for the car? I appreciate your help

Acc. to Consumers Report, $500 over invoice is a good deal. Sticker prices, my research guess (please correct me if anyone knows) is between $4000-$4500 from the m35s and $4500 to $5000 from the m45s over invoice depending on options. Again, if my guess is correct, yours is $4,329 below sticker so you're pretty much within that range. Of course, with that quote, you can go to Louisville and maybe get something better. Are you financing with them? Sometimes they'll get you on a high interest rate. Good luck. Make sure you get the color you want.

Hi,

I have a M35 Sport, w/ Journey, Tech, Sirius and rear-spoiler. The number I settled on was 47,900.00 starting from a MSRP of $50,230.00. I bought the car on 9/20/05. I did do a 24-month Infiniti Lease. I am 100% certain that I will flip the car at the end-of-the lease period.

Anyway, I should have shopped the car at other dealers, but I wanted this black on black that they had. End of story (they had my butt). Get the car you will love it. BUT listen to Jay, he got the best deal I think?

Wow. I have been told by some locals that the M45's are going for VERY close to sticker and the M35's for close to $1000 back of sticker.

Good work, Gents!

I just found the board and love reading all others experiences to date on their M's. I got my M35 Sport about 7 weeks ago (love it). The only option I got on mine was the Journey package (liquid platinum with stone interior). I personally didn't want to pay for the NAV package b/c I only drive it to work and back mostly. If I can't find my house I've got bigger problems. Sticker was almost 46k and got it for $42,100.

I just got through shopping. The M45's are being discounted very heavily... the demand for them is much lower than the 35's b/c of gas and insurance, even though the gas mileage is so minor it really doesn't matter between the 2.
