Price of an IAA valve

Hi I drive a 92 S13 and was wondering if anyone has replaced the IAA valve and how much and where I can get the part at. Plus is it an easy 30 minute job? Thanks for the info guys.

My idle seems to drop pretty fast when I let go of the gas pedal. It drops to like I would say 400 - 500 rpms for a few seconds and then goes back up to 600 - 700. It just started to happen yesterday and I just found out I have a tiny crack on the top of my radiator (plastic part).

Can you clean it out? I remember reading on something about it. Does anyone know about this?
