Price Advice on New 2011 G37x

Hello,
I am looking at a new 2011 G37X sedan with mud guards as the only option with a sticker of $38,097 that includes dealer doc fee, no tax or plates though. Is a $5,081 discount the best deal I can get without a VPP? I am not trading anything.

I have been working on this deal for a month and it seems great, I just want to know if it gets any better.

Also, I could wait til the end of March to buy after winter, will that bring a bigger discount?
