previous owner cut my stock harness

bought a 1989 240 coupe a while back. been driving without a radio for who knows how long.

anyways, the previous owner went ghetto, he cut the stock harnesses. does anyone know which color wire is which?

please help a noob. or at least point me in the right direction?
