Threadjack time! The actual seat of the backseat of the vert is the same as the one in hatches and coupes, right? Two plastic pull-tabs and the thing just lifts right out?

BTW Alex, do you need any of the side plastic parts for the seats? I have some of them is decent condition if yours are trashed.

The seats are not the same, but they are removed in the same way. Verts have unique back seats.

The bottom is held in by the pull tabs, the top is held on by 2 10mm bolts.

Should be a little smaller/narrower and the top of the back seat doesn't henge like the coupe/hatch does, just bolts in at bottom and has slide holders at top.

Top mechanism takes some space in quarter panel area, so seat is narrower than coupe's and hatch's.

OK back on track... i took a closer look .. i am not crazy no hole

it seems to be that the floor had rust problems and had been cut out and had been replaced with a piece of sheet metal... therefore no hole

i know rust is a serious problem .. but just asking for advicewould the proper way to fix this is to cut out a same section from a differnt S13, then cut out the sheet metal area and then replace it with the section from the other S13??

thanks for your responses

Yes as long as the other repair isn't a total hack job which will be difficult to undo.

Yes, weld it in place with a pice from another s13. but make sure to reinforce it somehow(maybe welding ontop of the already welded in sheet metal). you don't want to regret not doing so incase any thing ever happens like an accident or something. Good luck
