It's one thing in the course of a protest to practice civil disobedience as in a march or sit-down protest. It's another thing to trespass and practice the art of graffiti on someone else's equipment. This should pretty much be the end of Jill Stein's chances of gaining enough left-of-center moderates to make it to any of the debate podiums. She should be demonstrating more self constraint than this if she really is serious about becoming president.

And pretty much the end of Gary Johnson

Gary Johnson just proved he's not deep enough to be president

telco - A legitimate case can and is being made by many knowledgeable people against a Gary Johnson presidency. I have serious reservations about him as well as every other candidate in this election.

That said, I hardly consider the Business Insider article you linked to as a viable source. Maybe, if they're talking about his being involved in fraud or lying but not in the context they are talking about.

Business Insider was founded by a man convicted of securities fraud, was fined millions and was banished for life from the securities industry. The senior editor is an advertising man. The deputy editor was part of Gawker's Silicon Valley gossip column.

Hardly a trustworthy publication.
