That's awesome, cool idea.
On a semi-related note: Nissan is actually using some sort of x-ray technology to monitor coolant and oil flow in their engines so they can better improve it.

I read this the other day, it talks about oil theory and difference in standard and sythetic oil.

The cliffnotes: Choose a 0w or 5w and one grade thinner oil in the higher number. So instead of 10w-40 you might wanna go 0w-30 sythetic.
