Whenever my car runs the top and bottom radiator hoses get pretty hard. Like if there was a lot of pressure in it. The motor in the car is brand new and cant even have 10 miles on it. I burped all the air out of it too. Also the thermostats brand new. Could It be a bad thermostat?

They pressurize, its how cooling systems work, it raises the boiling point under pressure as well. Once it gets up to temp the T stat opens and then the fluid flows.

If yo much pressure is made, the radiator cap opens and vents, then seals again.

Is the T-Stat opening after the temp comes up? Of after 5 minutes or so, is the rad hot to the touch?
