As far as I know, there is a pressure regulation door/valve in the Rogue. I don't know the technical term for that, but when you close the door, a door/shutter/valve opens and the pressure inside the car regulates, not to disturb the occupants in the car.

My question is, that piece in my car makes a loud noise when I close my door. I would like to see what is going on, because after the rear ended collision something might be damaged. Do you know where is that ventilation piece? how can I access it?

Just when I thought I'd read everything. Short of high altitude flight, or deep sea diving (like in a James Bond car), vehicles like our Rogues don't have such a system. There are rubber gaskets around the door frame. It's possible you have an issue with the door gasket. And make sure you keep your Rogue down below 2,000 ft.
There are several ways to know if you have an airtight car -- and none of them are pleasant. That's because the passenger compartment of your car is not designed to be airtight. Fresh air comes in the front of the car, circulates through the passenger compartment and leaves the car through exhausters in the rear. If the cabin of a car or truck were truly airtight, the windows wouldn't defrost, it would get unbearably hot in there and anyone inside wouldn't be able to breathe.

Thank you ImStricken,

I think I can't see what is going on without removing the bumper. Anyway, I can live with that "chunk" noise whenever the door closes...

Can you record the noise and post it?

Nissan has a work sheet for reporting squeaks and rattles.

In my original post, I was trying to access the pressure regulation vent in my Rogue. Without removing the rear bumper, here is how you can at least see/check if it is working properly or not (pointed by the arrow):
