Hey guys,

So I'm still gathering parts for my TT swap while I use my NA as a daily driver. However it's starting to get hot here and I realized my AC isn't cold at all. Since I'll be going TT and need to change out the AC condenser + high pressure line, and the radiator.

Would it be a problem to do these three things now and still run the NA engine? That way I can have a shop recharge my AC with the new TT setup and not have to do it later on.

It would a lot easier after the swap, The VG is really a large engine, or we have a small engine bay. It would be easier to take the compressor out with the engine, especially when it still has pressure in it.

To answer your question, yes, you can run the TT stuff while still NA. Good luck finding a TT condenser for a decent price. It took me close to a year to find one. Another option is to get an aftermarket condenser to the size you need and the fiiting made to your size. Couple places I was looking at would cost about 250 for everything, hoses, fittings and condenser. Just a thought. You don't really need the high pressure line, you can just bend the NA line to fit. But if you have it, use it.
