This weekend i drove out to Fire Bird from San Diego to test our new air splitter/air dam system on our sponsored drivers car Steve Mott. Since we only recently completed the molds, there was not much time before his Redlime Time Attack event next weekend. So i did the drive out to AZ. to work out any possible bugs. The setup exceeded our expectations, and worked like a magnet, holding and controlling the front of the car. Several passes were made exceeding 130mph without any issues. We will post more info after we return from Button Willow. If Steve reads this posting, he might discuss his testing results further on the setup. These are the test parts pictured on his car. The airdam is 100%CF, and the splitter is CF bonded with aluminum honeycomb core, and a layer of kevlar underneath. All parts are vacuum infused. Total weight was approx 6lb's. If you know Steve, wish him luck in his class next weekend!

Thank's Ryan,We are working on several parts this coming new year for track applications. For the Z and G, rear hatch, race doors, hood, undertray kits and rear diffusers. If anyone here is going to Button Willow this weekend for the Redline Time Attack, stop and say hi to us at the Kognition tent. We have two sponsored Z's running, and i will be running my Silvia in the unlimited class. Gonna be fun if it doesn't rain

BTW, the top portion of the air dam has two notches taken out of it at the left and right corners. This is not what the production version looks like. Those corners are filled in. This Z runs the JWT T.T. setup, and is around 400hp on stock bottom end. He is running the street class this weekend at ButtonWillow.

I made these doors today for my S14 Silvia. Gotta have a silver bullet for that JIC S15 this weekend. They are 5lb's each. Carbon fiber bonded to aluminum honeycomb. We use flush mount marine door latches.

Sweet! All pieces are beautiful! Any chance on rear diffusers for the Z's/S14's in the future? Or front airdam/diffuser for S14? Probably not, but figured i'd ask in hopes there of!

Yes, a full track kit for the S14 in the spring. Including undertray kit, splitter, rear diffuser etc. Ditto on the Z33.

Yes it will use the stock bumper, you will need to cut out the lower section. Not a big deal. Here are a couple wallpapers i made today from our recent Time Attack at ButtonWillow. That's me in the Silvia trying out the new setup. Enjoy!

You're located in El Cajon? Is it a shop, and is it open to the public? I'd love to swing by sometime if possible.....Nice looking stuff you've got there

We manufacture so we aren't open to walk in customers. I don't want to overstep my bounds here, as i am not a forum advertiser. But we will be at all of the Redline Time Attacks next year. I will have our new site updated in the next 2 weeks. So i will run a progress report on the undertray testing. Kind of a big project actually. And i have been entertaining the thought of building a wind tunnel for aerodynamics testing for some special customers next year.
