have you considered the new garrett gtx turbos? the 30r version spools just as fast as the old school 30r but makes the hp of a 35r. if you're only wanting around 500 then it's an ideal turbo for this motor. super fast spool and high flow

i will look into those ... but the Precision turbo(billet) line up with no coolant line was my first choice !!! its alot easer and cleaner for my engine bay !!!

something less to break at the track !!!!

my friends running a 6262 billet with sp cover we dynojeted it at 489 whp. 413.6 ft-lb. but he running stock internals with tomei 272in./ex. poncams/ cam gears and dual bosch 044 fuel pumps. the turbo is rated for like 50psi. we could have got more out of the car but we reached the end of the injectors.(555cc)

next month we installing Spoolimports 2.8L stroker kit, billet main caps/girdle plate, head oil drain kit, Nitto oil pump, Superspark coil packs, Ross balancer, Dayco timing belt, 1.275mm cometic head gasket, ACL race bearings, HKS 280/10.25mm cams. i cant wait to dyno that beast at 38psi on pump :naughty: wonder what it will hit

i blew one of the stock r32 twin i had on , and i need more space and less thing to break !!!

i think its more affordable to do a single upgrade , compare to : twin garret-5 , manifolds , dump pipe , downpipe mods (cause mine is s***) ,

personally i think V-band the best, one continuous clamping point compared to four different point. none of that random blow out crap cuz a bolt wasnt torqued right

and yes the T4 comes in a twin scroll but it only comes in a .58, .70, .84 A/R

I had to buy a turbonetics 1.0 divided hotside for my 6765 so my full race mani can get its full potential out of it.

rb26 hks sc6262 non journal turbo, 720cc greddy, .81a/r, 15psi, 413hp spools at 4000prm;................... 483hp 22psi .68a/r spools at 3500rpm all that on 93octane shell
I notice the loss on power on the .68 housing so I will be back to .81 or .84 twin scroll if I found it

+1 for a good price on a great turbo! I've seen a ton of great reviews on these turbos and I just ordered a billet 7685BB last week.
